Prior to his current role, Nitin held the position of Division Head – Gynaecology Business. In this capacity, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and brought a holistic approach to ensure successful integration of Bolton acquisition (Zydus portfolio).
Prior to his tenure at Integrace health, Nitin Chavan held leadership positions at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. Nitin is a part of Integrace leadership team from 1st day & successfully executed the business transaction of Integrace Health without impacting revenue and top-line growth. Nitin has led cross-functional teams and achieved leadership positions for several brands in their respective segments, his contributions to performance improvement strategies and continuous improvement initiatives were instrumental in driving growth.
