Kedar Rajadnye is the Chief Executive Officer at Integrace and a member of the Board.
Kedar comes with more than 27 years of experience and has worked in FMCG, Pharma and OTC sectors.
He started his career in Hindustan Lever and managed and grew large teams and big brands. He moved to Pharma sector in 2004, to integrate and professionalise a corporate acquisition done by the Nicholas Piramal Ltd. Soon he was managing multiple businesses across various Therapies and was responsible to handle roughly 50% of business of Nicholas Piramal which was later sold to Abbott in 2010. He started his Intrapreneurial journey with a small OTC business for Piramal healthcare and saw the business scale (8X in 7 years) from startup phase to growth phase. Post that stint, in 2018, he worked closely with True North in conceptualizing and operationalizing the Buyout from Glenmark. Integrace is a platform to create a profitable, therapy focussed business with large market leading brands, having a strong governance and a future ready digital footprint.
