With 17 years of rich and diverse experience across various industries, Aditee Ghate is a highly accomplished professional currently leading the Marketing efforts in the Orthopedics and Gynaecology Division at Integrace Pvt Ltd. Her career trajectory has been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a passion for driving positive change in the healthcare sector. Prior to her current role, Aditee held the position of General Manager – Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance at Integrace. In this capacity, she demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and brought a holistic approach to ensure regulatory compliance & quality standards. Before joining Integrace, Aditee made significant contributions to Piramal Enterprises Ltd, where she held a prominent role as a member of the Senior Leadership team. She led the Strategy and Operations functions of the Consumer Products Division, overseeing critical areas such as Business Strategy, IT, Digital Marketing, Medical Advisory, Regulatory Affairs, and Consumer Care. Her strategic insights and astute decision-making drove remarkable growth and success for the organization.
Aditee holds a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Neurobiology from Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I), a testament to her dedication to scientific research and knowledge in the field. Additionally, she holds an MSc (by Research) in Molecular Biology (Developmental Neurobiology) from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research.
