Policy Applicability

Fair Selection Process
All recruitment is based purely on merit, skills, and potential. No candidate shall be denied employment solely due to disability unless the role specifically requires otherwise. The Human Resources team will ensure that job descriptions are inclusive and accessible.

The Chief Human Resource Officer is appointed as the Liaison Officer, responsible for:

- Ensuring accessible workspaces and equitable treatment.
- Supporting differently abled employees through training, development, and benefits.
Confidentiality & Records
The Company shall maintain confidential records of:
- Employee name, gender, role, disability, and facilities provided.
- Such information will be shared only on a need-to-know basis or in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Grievance Redressal
Differently abled employees can raise concerns directly to the Liaison Officer or the Chief Executive Officer. Complaints will be handled with confidentiality and empathy. Strict disciplinary action shall be taken against any individual found guilty of discriminatory behavior.
AMENDMENT
This policy is subject to change in alignment with evolving laws and best practices. Amendments may be made with the approval of the Chief Human Resource Officer.
